APAR status

Error description

  • When you try to upgrade from IBM Business Process Manager (BPM)
    8.5.x to IBM Business Automation Workflow 20.0.0.2, the IBM
    Content Navigator tables aren't created and you see an exception
     similar to the following exception in the Application Server

Local fix

  • 1. Run dmgr_profile/dbscripts/Upgrade/<cell name>.<de name>/<db
    type>/<db name>.<schema name>/createTable_ICN.sql.
    2. Restart the deployment environment.
    3. Ensure the database connection user is granted the required
    permissions. For more information, see "Database privileges"
