Error description

• In ADS after renaming a solution that has external libraries,
  these libraries won't be listed on the external libraries view
  anymore. The projects using these libraries are broken. The
  following error message is displayed on the project external
  libraries view:
  [ERROR] file:///project/dmo: Library:
  "decisions.repofordecisionlibrairiesoco.project:bom"
  version:"LATEST-SNAPSHOT" not found.
