Error description

  • When you use the bulk claim task REST API to claim a task, you
might notice that the team detail information is missing from
the task details.

Local fix

  • Use the Assign Task REST API by using the toMe parameter instead
 of the Bulk Claim Tasks API. For more information, see "REST
interface for BPD-related resources - Task Instance Resource -
PUT (assign task) Method"

task).

Problem summary

  • This information is missing because the GroupIdType of the task
is not set to an appropriate value.

Problem conclusion
