Error description

  • You are not automatically logged out of IBM Process Portal after
a period of inactivity because the task notifications continue
to be processed. The stopMonitorWhenOpenInNewWindow parameter
doesn't reliably pause the inactivity timer, and there is no way
 for you to change the inactivity expiration time before the
timeout occurs. Also, IBM Process Portal doesn't monitor task
completion activities, such as keyboard strokes and mouse
activity.

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures that
notifications that trigger task list refreshes won't impact the
inactivity threshold setting, introduces a configuration
property that lets you set the expiration time before the
timeout, makes sure the stopMonitorWhenOpenInNewWindow parameter
 works as expected when you launch a task in a new window, and
makes sure activity during task completion is monitored to reset
 the inactivity timer.
