Error description

• The BPMConfig -create -de command fails in the following
  scenarios:?If the property bpm.de.psProcessCenterPort is not
  explicitly set (blank means the default port value is used) for
  the IBM Workflow Server deployment environment properties, the
  BPMConfig -create -de command fails with  the following
  NullPointerException:
