Error description

  • When you install and start application 1 in an application
cluster, access BPC Explorer in the support cluster to run the
instances of the application 1, install and start application 2
in an application cluster (although this application should
never have been installed from when the entire IBM Business
Automation Workflow environment was started), and then access
BPC Explorer to run the instances of the application 2, you
    receive an exception during deserialization.

When you check the error log for details, you see

    Class 'initProcessRequest' not found.
    (file:///opt/ibm/websphere/appserver/profiles/Node2Profile/, 2,
    296)
and you could find the application 2 can not be found by AL in
the trace of support cluster if you enabled the Artifact
    Loader's trace
    (ArtifactLoader=all:com.ibm.ws.al.*=all:com.ibm.wsspi.al.*=all:c
    om.ibm.ws.ral.*=all):
RemoteProfile E CWLAG0300E: The Artifact Loader cannot find
the application "Application2" in the same cell. The error is No
    app found error.

This error indicates that the Remote Artifact Loader might not
have loaded the artifacts of the new application.

Local fix

  • Refresh the session cache.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurred because the IBM WebSphere Application Server
configuration session cached in Artifact Loader did not include
     the information about application 2.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures the
WebSphere Application Server configuration session that Artifact
Loader uses is valid for new applications.

Temporary fix
