JR62985: POPULATE JCF FIELDS FOR START REFRESH AND END REFRESH OPERATION

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM Data Replication was not populating the JCF fields
  for
  Start Refresh and End Refresh events and was returning
  "null"
  for all JCF fields when used in UserExit. The fix will
  now ensure
  JCF fields are populated for start refresh and end
  refresh
  operations in UserExits.

Problem conclusion

• Upgrading to IDR 11.3.3.3-118, IDR 11.4.0.3-5576, or newer for
  all LUW engines resolves the issue.
