Error description

• IIDR for MySQL fails with
  "com.datamirror.ts.scrapers.exception.LogFileNotFoundException
  IBM InfoSphere Data Replication could not find the required
  binary log for location..." when latest binary log could not be
  found. With this change trace log will have proper error
  message and list of missing binary log files required for CDC.
