Error description

• While you upgrade from IBM Business Process Manager V8.5 or V8.6
  to IBM Business Automation Workflow version 18.0.0.2 or a later
   version, you must collect the databases configuration of the
  case feature and prepare the database scripts for the new case
  databases (design object store (DOS), target object store (TOS),
   and IBM Content Navigator (ICN)). To do this, you might run the
   BPMConfig -update -profile <dmgr profile> -de <de name>
  -caseConfigure command in silent mode, for example,
  
  
  BPMConfig -update -profile <dmgr profile> -de <de name>
  -caseConfigure -responseFile <response file>
  
  If the response file defines the multiple tablespaces to be the
  same, such as
  
  ContentNavigator.datasource.tablespace.data=USERSPACE1
  TargetObjectStore.datasource.tablespace.data=USERSPACE1
  DesignObjectStore.datasource.tablespace.data=USERSPACE1
  
  the BPMConfig command returns successfully and generates the
  database scripts that use the same tablespace for DOS, TOS, and
  ICN; however, the results during future configuration updates
  are unpredictable.
