Error description

  • When you try to export a snapshot, it might fail when it is
loading a ManagedAsset, and the following exception is logged in
 the SystemOut.log file:

  • Restart the server.

Problem summary

  • This failure could be due to cache or DB corruption. However,
there are not enough traces to figure out the root cause.

  • A fix is available or will be available that adds new traces to
diagnose cache or DB corruption when snapshot export fails when
