Users of Information Server version 11.7 Microservices tier

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Information Server Microservices tier Launchpad cannot be
accessed while using the short host name, alias name or IP
address in the url.
****************************************************************
RECOMMENDATION:
Besides applying this fix, see the Post Install Steps in the
README of ISF 11.7.1.x RU1 patch for additional actions needed
on each tier.
