APAR status

Error description

  • After you upgrade to IBM Business Automation Workflow 20.0.0.1
or a later version, you can't complete or update a process that
is associated with a case if the process was created in an
earlier version of Business Automation Workflow, such as
19.0.0.3. You can still complete or update FileNet P8 processes.

The application server log might contain something similar to
the following entry:
