Error description

• Installing the demo version IBM Cloud Pak 4 Automation Business
  Automation Workflow fails if you don't have direct internet
  access because the scripts have a hard-coded link to IBM Db2.
  

Local fix

• Load the Db2 and LDAP image.
  
  Read "Getting access to the container images"
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS8JB4_20.x/com.
  ibm.wbpm.imuc.container.doc/topics/tsk_images_demo.html) and run
  the scripts/loadPrereqImages.sh script to load the images into
  your Docker registry.
  
  Specify the -r parameter on the command line:
  
  ? -r - target Docker registry and namespace
  ? (Optional)
  -l - target a local repository
  
  The following example shows the input values on the command
  line:
  
  chmod +x   ./scripts/loadPrereqImages.sh
  ./scripts/loadimages.sh -r
  docker-registry.default.svc:5000/my_project
