Local fix

  • If you know which boundary events were moved to a newer activity

    1. Open the process in the web Process Designer.
    2. Select the affected boundary event.
    3. Delete the event.
    4. Click Undo.
    5. Click Finish editing.

If you don't know which boundary events were moved to a newer
activity, perform steps 1-5 for every boundary event in the
    process diagram.

Problem summary

  • The error is triggered if a boundary event was created before
the activity that it is attached to it was created, such as when
you move an existing boundary event from an activity to a newly
     created activity.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that enables a process
diagram to open in Process Portal.
