APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When one of the application servers has its event manager
disabled, you see that IBM Workflow Server is disconnected in
IBM Workflow Center.

Local fix

  • Ensure the event manager is running on all application servers
if an online Workflow Server is required.

Problem summary

  • When one of the application servers has its event manager
disabled, a Workflow Server might not send its heartbeat. As a
result, the connection between Workflow Server and Workflow
Center disconnected, which you notice in Workflow Center.
