JR62496: IDR IN SOME CASES MISSED REPLICATING MANUALLY ADDED ORACLE TABLE PARTITIONS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IDR in some cases missed replicating manually added Oracle
  table partitions
  
  When it happens, new added partitions won't be recognized by CDC
  as in scope data (there is no indication in CDC instance log
  about this new partition creation) so
  that data in such partitions won't be replicated to target side.
  

Local fix

• Upgrade to 11.4.0.3 5566 or above
  
  With a valid build installed, new partitions will be recognized
  by CDC(you will see such partition creation ddl detected in
  instance log and log reader will be restarted automatically) and
  data in it will be replicated as expected.

Problem conclusion

• Upgrading to IDR 11.4.0.3-5566 or newer for LUW resolves the
  issue.
