Error description

• You don't receive a validation error when you import a snapshot
  from a newer version of IBM Business Automation Workflow, such
  as when you import a .twx file from Business Automation Workflow
   19.0.0.3 into Business Automation Workflow 19.0.0.1.
  
  You might run into other errors because importing a .twx file
  from a newer version of Business Automation Workflow into an
  older version is not supported.
  
  One error that you might receive during the import is
  
  com.lombardisoftware.client.delegate.BusinessDelegateException:
  Illegal state. Found 3 EnvironmentVariableSet objects, No more
  than one should exist.
