Error description

• IDR for Oracle fails while creating instance with Oracle 19.6
  with error munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer and generate core
  dump.
  
  Limitation: This fix does require you to disable fastload for
  refreshes.
  Modify target system parameters
  oracle_disable_fastload=true
  use_jdbc_for_refresh=true
  refresh_allow_fast_loader=false
  

Local fix

• Use lower version of oracle client library to connect to Oracle
  19.6.
