Error description

• Upon initialization, IBM Business Automation Workflow inspects
  the user registry configuration to determine if optimized group
  membership configuration was applied as documented in
  "Configuring VMM and IBM Business Automation Workflow for
  optimized group membership synchronization" (

  admin.doc/topics/config_optimized_group_membership.html).
  
  However, a rare configuration can cause a NullPointerException,
  which leads to subsequent failures in the user registry.
