Error description

• When you try to use the REST Tester to call addDocument to add a
  document to an external ECM server, the configuration in IBM
  Process Designer for the smart folders of the service points to
  an ECM server. However, when the REST call is made, the
  following error occurs:
  
  com.ibm.bpm.wle.api.NotAuthorizedActionException: CWTBG0549E:
  You are not authorized to perform the 'addDocument' action.
