APAR status

Error description

  • When you try to promote a Case Builder solution to a workflow
    project, it fails and the following exception is logged in the
    SystemOut.log file:

    to import case.

Local fix

  • You can promote a solution that has roles defined if you log in
    to Case Builder as an administrator instead of a regular user.
    This workaround might not be possible because of circumstances
    such as security restrictions, time constraints, and scope of
    responsibility.

  • An incorrect context was used, which prevents you from promoting
     the solution to IBM Workflow Center as a project.
