    * This issue affects clients using IBM Data Replication CDC *
    * Db2 for z/OS remote source, and are starting to replicate *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * This issue causes a subscription to end on error. It happens *
    * when the CDC Db2 for z/OS remote source engine log reader is *
    * parsing the first set of changes for two tables where *
    * changes happened after an elapsed time that is longer than *
    * the configured idle thread timeout interval (IDTHTOIN). *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    * Upgrade to IDR LUW 11.4.0.2-5528 for Db2 for z/OS remote     *
    * source.                                                      *
    ****************************************************************

Problem conclusion

  • Upgrading to IDR LUW 11.4.0.2-5528 for Db2 for z/OS remote
    source resolves this issue.
