  • The Process Performance page doesn't load completely and the
browser becomes unresponsive.

  • Shorten the string in the Documentation field.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs if a process contains double-bye characters in
 the Documentation field.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures the Process Performance page renders
correctly regardless of whether a process contains double-byte
characters in the Documentation field is planned for inclusion
in a future release of Business Automation Workflow.
