APAR status

Error description

  • When you configure Business Automation Workflow with an existing
external Content Platform Engine, you notice the permissions of
 all objects on content engine object store have been changed
and are now incorrect.

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because the predefined user access settings on
 content object store were removed when the Business Automation
Workflow server restarted.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures the predefined security settings of content
object store aren't changed when the server restarts is planned
for inclusion in a future release of Business Automation
Workflow.
