Problem summary

* This issue affects clients who run CDC for MySQL as a        *
* source.                                                      *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
* Prior to this build, clients could only select tables from   *
* the database on which the CDC instance was created.          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
* Upgrade to 11.4.0.2-5528 for MySQL.                          *
****************************************************************

Problem conclusion

  • Upgrading to the 11.4.0.2-5528 build allows clients to select
tables from MySQL databases other than the database on which the
CDC instance was created, as well as the instance database.
