When you try to convert a service in the desktop IBM Process Designer, selecting Convert Service doesn't reveal the sub-menu of options. Additionally after you select Convert Service, the desktop Process Designer might become unresponsive or show a JavaScript error. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Automation Workflow

Problem summary
An internal exception thrown while rendering the context menu prevents the menu from showing.
Problem conclusion
A fix that suppresses the internal exception so the context menu can be shown and the performance issues don't occur will be included in a future releases of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
