CDC for Oracle refresh using fast load can get the following error during refresh: Buffer size is to small to hold formatted columns data. Increase buffer size used for fast load The work-around is to increase value for sys parm ts_fast_loader_buffer_size_kb (default is 1000)

Problem conclusion
Upgrading to IDR LUW 11.4.0.2-5512 or newer for Oracle resolves the issue.
Temporary fix
Set the undocumented system parameter "ts_fast_loader_buffer_size_kb" (default value is 1000) to a higher value.
