APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When Information Server is configured for LDAP authentication
  userIDs starting with "u" are unable to authenticate with
  domain name (eg. "domain\user1").
  When trying to login via the web console they'll see the
  following popup: "The server encountered an unexpected
  condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
  As a workaround they can authenticate using just "user1".
  You can confirm this issue when viewing the SystemOut.log:

  Cause is due to "\u" not being handled correctly and being
