Error description

• Affects 11.3.3 and 11.4, Db2 LUW
  LOBs that are stored inline by the database (whether explicitly
  defined as INLINE or stored inline because the data size is
  small) can be silently replicated to the target as empty.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * When loading data from DB to memory, some of the records of  *
  * BLOB field is empty.                                         *
  * The BLOB field is empty when it shouldn't be empty.          *
  * Other columns are correct.                                   *
  * It is about 10 thousand over one millions records which      *
  * cannot replicate BLOB field data.                            *

  * The issue only happens for inline LOB data.                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to IIDR 11.4.0.1-5086 for all LUW engines or later,  *

Problem conclusion

• For IDR/CDC 11.4.x:
  Upgrading to IDR/CDC 11.4.0.1-5086 for all LUW engines or newer
  resolves the issue.
  
  For IDR/CDC 11.3.x:
  Upgrading to IDR/CDC 11.3.3.3-85 for all LUW engines or newer
  resolves the issue.
