When a customer has forgotten a password and clicks the link to email them a validation link, the store page reports an error that prevents the shopper from proceeding to reset their password. The exception in the log looks like: ExceptionEnti 1 com.ibm.commerce.foundation.rest.providers.ExceptionEntityProvid er toResponse java.lang.IllegalStateException at com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.srt.SRTServletResponse.addSessionCookie( SRTServletResponse.java:2175)

Problem conclusion
Change the logic in CommerceTokenRequestHandler in case if it is a local binding REST request, the logic should not force to generate the Session information.
