  *********************************************
  When open IGC bundle was deployed/removed on one WAS server in
  cluster, changes were not visible on other WAS server in
  clusters until WAS restart. Fix improves sharing information
  about bundles between WAS servers in clustered env so the
  changes are visible almost immediately.
