Local fix
Add the following code to On input event configuration option: me._instance.text.onchange();
Problem summary
When you use potential.length in the On input event configuration option, such as for a Text control, the bound data variable is not updated as expected when the maximum length of characters are entered.
Problem conclusion
A fix that correctly updates data will be available in a future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
