Error description
After you re-open a client-side human service where multiple diagram elements including connections out of a coach element were pasted, you notice all the diagram content is lost. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) IBM BPM Express
Local fix
To prevent the issue from occurring -Don't include coach connections when doing a multi-select copy and paste. For example, just select the nodes in the diagram and not the connections between them or -Add a new connection to the diagram that is outbound from a script and include both in the copy and paste. For example, add an empty script, draw a connection from it to your coach, and then select everything you want to copy including this empty script and its connection. After you paste it, you can delete the additional connection and script as well as their copies.
Problem summary
The copy and paste action in the diagram might cause a connection with a duplicate ID to be created, which might cause the diagram to lose all visual content.
Problem conclusion
A fix that prevents duplicate IDs for connections will be available in a future release of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
