Error description
If you deleted a system process app snapshot (such as an IBM Process Portal process app) from a process server and then reinstalled by deploying it from IBM Process Center, a subsequent system upgrade might fail when you run the BPMUpdateSystemApp command. This issue occurs when the command tries to import the same system app again and the branch_ids do not match. You might see following statement in the BPMUpdateSystemApp log under Dmgr profile: [7/4/17 10:43:03:693 CEST] 00000001 SnapshotDelet E Could not delete snapshot Snapshot.e75bb546-31ff-30f2-aae1-519047e3e83a from branch Branch.a6e3cd56-aa97-3b3d-8426-d75835a374c5 because Branch Branch.a6e3cd56-aa97-3b3d-8426-d75835a374c5 is not found
Local fix
Delete the snapshot deployed from Process Center and then import the .twx file by using the BPMUpdateSystemApp command.
