Error description
When a full re-index of the IBM Process Portal index is performed, the changes to process instances and tasks are not all considered. Changes that were not considered are indexed after the full re-index completes successfully. Therefore, the CWLLG0765I message that states "The BPM process search full re-index job was successfully completed." is not accurate; the Process Portal index is not, at that point, completely synchronized.
