Error description

• Ø
  "Run-time error '6': Overflow" when they view a log file and
  expand the popup to wide.
  
  For example, if they double click on the log to display it and
  then widen the popup that
  displays the varibles theyI will get the error.
  
  Also note when you click ok on the error, all of director will
  close.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  The problem on impacts multi-screen environments where the
  director spans multiple screens.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When opening a log detail entry and enlarging the window to
  span multiple screens the application will crash with an
  overflow error. The problem is caused by the use of Integer
  types in the resize code.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  If this functionality is desired then the provided patch
  will have to be installed on the client.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was resolved by changing the Integer variables for
  screen resizing to Longs
