Error description
The DataExtract utility fails when you extract catalog data for the IBM Digital Analytics. The issue occurs because the DataExtract utility references an incorrect JAR file version: "com.ibm.ws.webservices.thinclient_7.0.0.jar" WebSphere Commerce Developer Version 8 requires WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.7 or later, therefore the JAR file should be: "com.ibm.ws.webservices.thinclient_8.5.0.jar" When the DataExtract utility fails, you might see an error similar to the following message in the log: An exception was caught: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.ws.security.util.AccessController Application message: An unexpected error occurred when attempting to load the data.
