Error description
If a shopper clears the browser cookies, then directly opens a Product display page and tries to add the item to the cart, the shopper encounters a Generic error page. The shopper encounter the error page because when WebSphere Commerce tries to load the Shopping cart page, a request is also sent to the WebSphere Commerce search server for processing. The search server cannot find the corresponding user activity data in the database since it is not yet committed.
Local fix
After adding to shopping cart action, try to redirect to next page(shopping cart page) instead of forward. Or in the page after add to shopping cart action, do not act search request.
