Error description
When a store location is added to the store list, it might not be possible to reach the maximum number of store locations allowed. When the store location cookie is read, the value is split into sub-strings by using the value of a URL-encoded comma ("%2C") as the separator. The JSTL function fn:split takes each character of the specified delimiter and attempts to do a split on each. If the ID contains a "2", the split is done incorrectly and causes the array items to be incorrectly counted, exceeding the maximum number of expected store locations.
