Error description
When running Storefront automation test from command line using ant, it does not compile because the ant build files for some dependent projects are missing.
Local fix
WebSphere Commerce V7 Feature Pack 7 developers can create ant build files for the dependent projects before compiling and running test using ant. Alternatively, they can run the test in Eclipse based IDE, such as WebSphere Commerce Developer.
Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: Developers who run the WebSphere Commerce V7 Feature Pack 7 storefront automation test from command line in a non-Eclipse based environment. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Storefront companion automation test does not compile when trying to run from command line using ant BUSINESS IMPACT: Storefront companion automation test cannot be run from the command line. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
The missing ant build files are created to build all dependent projects before running the storefront automation test using ant. Also, to avoid copying the same library file to many projects, the existing ant build files are modified to reference the dependent library files in a shared library directory to save disk space.
