This is due to an issue with the files installed with the product that are required by online help.
Problem conclusion
This APAR provides corrected versions of the files that are required by online help. FIX AVAILABILITY: A fix for IBM BPM V8500 is available on Fix Central: http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral After you select the product group, product, installed version, and platform, click Continue and then select APAR or SPR, enter JR48590, and click Continue. When downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
