Error description
If target table is an Oracle partitioned table, and fast loader is used for refresh, then customer can encounter ORA-26002 error during refresh. The event log on target would indicate that the index that was dropped before start of refresh was re-enabled before the refresh is done

set undocumented system parameter target_num_refresh_apply_threads to 1 (default is 4 in 10.2)
