JR48146: CIC FAILURES DUE TO CIN XML CONTAINING NULL DATARECIPIENT VALUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In case the Supplier sends the CIN xml without following XML
  tag <dataRecipient>13 digit GLN</dataRecipient>,
  GDS fails to fetch the default dataRecipient GLN from the
  Properties.xml.
  
  This results in the following issues--
  
  1. NULL appears against the dataReceipient GLN in the
  Transactions explore screen
  2. GDS does not allow creation of item from the GDS, as the
  Recipient GLN is blank
  3. On sending a CIC on this CIN(Message Item). The send cic
  fails with following error:
  'Failure in sending CIC' and the following log error-
  'String: " does not match pattern for GlobalLocationNumberType
  in namespace urn:ean:ucc:2'
