Error description
Communications Server for Windows --------------------------------- A memory leak occurs in the TN3270 Server when using SSL and a tn3270 client does not complete the SSL negotiation (in this case, because it did not recognize the server's certificate). Visible symptoms are that the TN3270WN.EXE process memory usage slowly increases in size. Eventually, all client connections are lost and no new clients can connect. The windows system event log may record: TNS0024E The system call (ERR_CREATETHREAD) returned an unexpected return code (12).
Local fix
Stop and restart Comunications Server.
