Error description
Tested mirroring data from Z/OS DB2 to Windows Sql Server for tables without a unique key. User put an indentity column on the target table to act as the primary key. Source and Target tables defined the same however time_stampe is defined as datetmie and an additional IDENTITY column Results in Delete transaction fails: Failed to delete a row from table dbo.table.name: FUNCTION_CODE: UPDATE-B PASSPORT: SYERB PANEL_ID_7: TIMM100 TIME_STAMP: 2011-08-28-05.04.36.960000 . No rows were found But the row exists

Problem summary
The %TOCHAR function on DB2 timestamp data type in order to maintain the uniqueness of timestamps in DB2 converted to SQL Server datetime data types. Timestamps are being rounded up using TOCHAR function
