Error description
DS Job Control failure; BipPessoa_Upsert_Customer_cs.1306768078195 (DSSocketNotify): OpenSocket returned 16? Assumption is that the timeout occurs because the system is heavily loaded. The timeout in DSSocketNotify(), which is failing, has a fixed value of 1000 milliseconds. The loss of the notification, caused by the timeout, has no other consequences besides the warning message in the log.
Local fix
Problem summary
WISD Jobs use DSSocketNotify to notify WISD Agent of changes in status. Under some circumstances the call to send the notify message via a TCP/IP socket can take longer to complete than the default timeout of 10 seconds.
Problem conclusion
Modified DSSocketNotify to allow the timeout to be configurable via an environment variable DSSocketNotifyTimeout whihc should be set to the timeout period in seconds.
Temporary fix
