Error description

• When you try to deploy a jar file in IBM WebSphere Commerce you
  get the following error in the deployment logs:
  
  ADMA0063E: An error occurred during Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB)
  deployment. Exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
  Component-Promotion.jar
  
  The Component-Promotion.jar should only exist in Websphere
  commerce V6 Feature pack 3  and is no longer used after that.
  During the migration of Websphere Commerce from v6 to v7 the
  references for this jar file could be copied in the MANIFEST
  files. If the MANIFEST contains the reference for
  Component-Promotion.jar you may get the above error.

  references of the Component-Promotion.jar while deploying the a
  Jar file.
