Error description
When more than one DataStage job using a multi-node config is submitted for execution it will result in a failure message like the following entry from a DataStage Director log: Type: Fatal Message Id: DSTAGE_RUN_E_0469 Message: Error executing phantom command Cannot open file "&PH&". The issue only occurs when Information Server is installed on an OCFS2 file system.

Reported on 8.0.1 Suse Z and 8.1 Suse Intel. **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: Fix available in future releases. A patch build can be requested on 8.0.1.x and 8.1.x. ****************************************************************
