Error description
Windows XP Client with langauge set to US or UK English and locale set to either US or UK, no issue with IS Console, projects are listed in the projects tab. Set language and locale to Turkish, stop and restart the client and login to the IS Console, the projects are no longer viewable.
Local fix
Set locale to UK/English, but for Turkish customer, this is not acceptable.
