Error description
DataStage 8.1 on Unix AIX SQL statements in DB stages: When user-defining very long SQL statements (about 40 rows long and up) in OCI stages, the job will terminate abnormally. However, pressing "View Data" within the Designer environment will display the results correctly. A workaround we found is to reduce the number of spaces, tabs and CRs dramatically, but we cannot except this solution since it involves modifying the code. We tried to replace the OCI stage with ODBC and the job run was successful!
